Pell's small mercy
When stamina, food, or water hits zero, Pell now triggers a one-time rescue. A stranger finds you, helps you home, restores you to thirty stamina. Once per traveler. The chronicle records the kindness.

The grey cat at the inn
A small grey cat now lives at the Wayfarer's Inn. She is the inn's true keeper. She is older than the building. She does not look up.
This week
Rats in the cellar
A small optional combat encounter at the inn for combat-curious travelers. Strength or Agility, DC 11. Five copper and a free meal if you clear the lot. Bandaged hand if you do not.

Vraxis, the Unwritten
The sixteenth dragon. The legendary dragon. Pell can barely write him. Requires twelve specific items, three named companions, three maps, three books, three dragons researched, and three completed favors before the lair even appears on the map. Success rate with full preparation is forty-five percent. Without, three percent. Most travelers will never reach him.
This week
Eleven rare-item adventures
The cold-iron smith of Threadwall. The memory-salt of the salt flats. The bell of the Briarquay lighthouse. The honey-comb of the mossy glade. And eight more, each yielding a named rare item useful against a specific dragon.
This week
Eight water adventures
Boat work and underwater work, finally. The boatwright of Briarquay. The drowned bell. The salt-caves of the Tideblack. The ferryman of the Wide River. The sunken library. The floating market of Trinport. The pearl-divers. The lake spirit.
This week
The library, deepened
Thirty real books and scrolls in the Public Library, each with multi-page content, an authorial personality, a trustworthiness label, marginal notes in Pell's and Helonore's hands, and gated secrets behind Wisdom checks. The Lender's Ledger of 1198 alone is worth an evening.
This week
Place secrets in every shop and civic building
Every civic location now offers a 'Look around' moment. A small chronicle-voiced discovery: a hidden shelf, a name scratched into a wall, a coin-sized chip in a fountain basin.

The Reading Table
The dashboard, formerly 'The War Room,' is now 'The Reading Table.' The dashboard is where the player sits to read the chronicle. The war is at the battle. The table is the table.

Currency exchange at the Lender's Guild
Vannora now exchanges gold for silver and back. The spread depends on a Charisma roll. A natural one and she palms a coin.

Pell's Guide
A real flippable book at /guide. Ten sections: The Welcome, The Day, The Road, The Chronicle, The Dice, The Five Powers, The Fifteen Dragons, The Realm, The Glossary, Pell's Marginalia. Each section opens like a two-page spread.
The chronicle is patient. So are we.
