Former Soldier
Years on a line. Knees that know weather. A trade you can't quite quit.

The Story
You served three campaigns under a banner that no longer flies. You came home with your name and most of your teeth, and a wife you did not recognize. The wife left. The teeth stayed. You enlisted again, briefly, then quit. Now you walk a different kind of road. The drill never leaves.
