The Story

You grew up in the Threadlands under Mother Tey's lodge. She taught you to count the depth of a hoof-mark and divide for season; the season tells you what was carrying the hoof, and what was hunting it. You left the clan at twenty with her blessing and a small bone token. You can still find anyone in any weather, given an hour and a road.
